Curtis Williams

I am a coach who places a high value on the holistic approach. My primary focus is to empower YOU through body, mindset, and nutrition. My style of coaching focuses on building a solid foundation through proper form and correct exercise selection. Quality over quantity in every aspect of the phrase. To begin my career I began attending National Personal Training Institute where I learned everything I needed to know in order to pass my national accredited NASM certification. Since then I have gone on to get a number of certifications, Precision Nutrition level 1 & 2, NASM Behavior Change Specialist, PPSC FKT, FRC Mobility Specialist, and more. With 12+ years of experience, I wholeheartedly believe, improving our health and fitness is one of our biggest responsibilities.

Jessica Spencer

Before I became a coach, I was a client and a teacher.  I fell in love with working out and I wanted to spread that passion on!  So I became a certified personal trainer.  I work one on one with clients, I run small groups, and I work with clients with disabilities as well as some athletes.  I have my masters in early childhood education and a partial master in special education, hence my working with disabilities.  I love working with kettlebells the most and my favorite exercise is the kettle swing 🙂!  This past year I’ve gotten into boxing as well!  So I get my workouts in by lifting weights, boxing, and walking a few times a week!  I can’t wait to continue my coaching journey with you and help you reach your goals and beyond.

Membership & Pricing

We offer 3 types of training modules based on what best fits your style.  Price varies depending on which module you choose and how much training you’ll need.   The bottom line is that we want to provide what works best for you, for both your fitness goals and your budget.

Pricing: $120-$140 with 3, 6, or 12 month commitments. One-on-One training is completely customized and tailored to your goals/needs. You will receive a custom program to complete in house with us and guided days to follow when training on your own. This will include recovery days and cardio if needed, all available to you on our app. You also have access to personalized nutrition coaching tailored to your goals. You will also receive an initial assessment and progress evaluations as needed.

Personal One on One Training

Pricing: $45-$60 with 3, 6, and 12 month commitments. Experience the energy and motivation of a small group setting while still receiving personalized attention. Work alongside others with similar fitness goals, fostering a supportive and encouraging training environment. Personalized adjustments to exercises based on each participant’s unique needs and abilities.

Semi-Private Training

Pricing: $300 per 4 week basis or TBD with 3, 6, or 12 month commitments. Customized programs made for your home gym or a gym of your choice. You will have access to our app with your own profile where you can connect your fitness watches, your food tracking apps, take before photos, and more! Cost varies depending on the level of engagement... from self-guided sessions to concierge-level personalized attention.

When I join, am I locked into a long term contract?

We don’t want you to feel handcuffed into more than what you need.  So we offer memberships of 3, 6, and 12 months and you can select what works best for you.  Please ask us about our discounted rates for the 6 and 12 month options!

Can I get personalized fitness guidance?

Absolutely.  We offer personalized training sessions with experienced fitness coaches who can tailor workouts to your specific goals and fitness level. Whether you’re aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, or overall wellness, our trainers are here to provide guidance and support.

How does Life Techs support members in maintaining a healthy lifestyle outside the gym?

Beyond the gym we provide nutritional guidance and lifestyle tips to help you make healthier choices in your day to day.  Our coaches also provide resources to help manage your sleep and stress management.  Our philosophy is a holistic approach so we are ready to help with whatever one may need.

Will lifting weight make me bulky?

Nope!  Building muscle will do things like, increase your metabolism, burn more fat, increase your strength, increase your bone density, but it will NOT make you bulky.

Do you provide referral bonuses for friends?

Of course! For every referral you bring in you can get upwards of $100 dollars cash.  It’s a win win, you help someone you care about improve their health, and you get some extra cash! 

What if I have never worked out before or its been a while since I've been in the gym?

We encourage clients to be in tune with their bodies but until that happens we will be sure you don’t push to hard to fast or start off to slow. We are heavily focused on form and things being done correctly. Quality over quantity is paramount.
